The diesel TGV-250 heatgenerator is used to work of the RBU concrete plant in winter time. It is based on the principle to supply of hot air. It is intended for warming up of inert materials in process receiving concrete at air temperatures to minus 30C.
The heatgenerator gives heated air with a temperature not less than 150C under a high pressure to the air ducts connected to bunkers. Thermal power of installation of 250 kW ensures functioning of concrete plant with a productivity up to 60 m.kub. / h.
Installation uses indirect heating at which heat from combustion gases is transmitted to air through a wall of a fire chamber and a pipe of the heat exchanger. I.e. products of burning do not get in inert and respectively in plant. The heatgenerator consists of a diesel torch of the Italian production (optionally the heatgenerator is equipped with a gas torch), the fan of a high pressure, a fire chamber, the heat exchanger, a control panel and automatic equipment. The heat exchanger and the combustion chamber are manufactured of stainless steel.
Installation is completed with a fuel tank of 600 l. What ensures functioning without refueling within 24 hours. Installation is delivered as separately on a frame for installation to the room, and in the separate block box. Air ducts for connection of the heatgenerator to the dosing complex are optionally delivered.
The heatgenerator is used in the electrified zones (work in the autonomous mode is optionally possible).
