The dryer aero vibration the USH brands for drying of the grain flakes received from various grain crops by method of convective drying after a plyushcheniye on the plyushchilny machine. Also it can be used for removal of surface moisture after steaming of grain and a shelusheny kernel, on krupozavoda and production lines of grain flakes. As a source of heating of the heat carrier the electroheaters or radiators using hot steam can be used.
Krupyany production - production of grain and krupyany products from grain of various cultures. A basis of technological process - mechanical office of integumentary fabrics (covers) of grain and the subsequent processing of a kernel and a cotyledon. The equipment of office of covers depends on anatomic features of grain (durability of a kernel and covers, degree of their attachment to a kernel, etc.). Successful processing of grain is possible only at its humidity of 13 — 15,5%. The general scheme of technological process develops of the following stages: purification of grain of impurity - sorting on fineness - a peeling (office of covers) - processing of a kernel (crushing, grinding, polishing, a plyushcheniye) depending on a type of grain and a grade of the received grain. Many krupyany plants are equipped with the additional equipment and have more difficult scheme of processing of grain on grain - for example, after cleaning of impurity subject raw materials to hydroheat treatment (moistening by water or steam, the subsequent otvolazhivaniye and drying) therefore kernel durability increases, and covers become more fragile and easier separate. Hydroheat treatment increases firmness of grain at storage.
Grain of impurity is purified on aspirators, separators, grain-cleaning machines, kamneotbornik, oboyechny machines, magnetic devices, etc. sort by sorting cars. Ready grain is sorted by size on several fractions (numbers): for example, pearl-barley and corn on 5 numbers - Poltava on 4, yachnevy (barley) on 3 numbers.
In the course of machining — cleaning and especially peelings and grindings the kernel at a part of grains is split up that reduces quality of a product. So, when processing grain of a buckwheat receive unground buckwheat (the whole kernel) and less valuable passed. By-products and waste — the sechka, flour (muchka), etc. use on the fodder or technical purposes. Invaluable withdrawal is pod — flower films. It is used on fuel, for production of furfural and for other needs.
Grain exit, i.e. quantity it in % of mass of the processed grain, depends on properties of grain: fineness, uniformity, the maintenance of a good-quality kernel, and at filmy cultures (rice, barley, a buckwheat, millet, etc.) and from the maintenance of flower films.Characteristics
