The electric stove with the cabinet oven with a possibility of compulsory air circulation (convection) and moistening is intended for preparation of the first, second, third courses in naplitny ware, and also for frying of semi-finished products from meat, fish, vegetables, baking of small piece culinary products and roasting of cottage cheese dishes at catering establishments independently or as a part of technological lines.
Pig-iron rings as heating elements are equipped three Tenami that provides bystry and uniform heating, and also guarantees the long term of operation of rings. Seven-position package switches allow to make smooth adjustment of power of rings. The area of rings - 0,36 sq.m. Rings form a plain surface that provides convenient and easy movement of naplitny ware. Below - the cabinet oven with two baking sheets and one GN 2/1 with a size of 525х650 mm, made of corrosion-proof metal. The oven has separate adjustment of power of the top and lower blocks TENOV. Working range of temperature of an oven 20-270 C, the established emergency temperature regulator protects a case from an overheat 320 C. The plate has the legs regulated on height.
