Hose filter

The hose filter — is intended for purification of air of any of the fine dry not sticking together dust. Such the filter are intended as for purification of combustion gases, and aspiration emissions of the enterprises of different industries:

• metallurgy;
• the industry on production of construction materials;
• metal working;
• glass industry;
• food industry;
• woodworking and furniture industry;
• power

Principle of work:

The contaminated air from workshop gets in hose the filter on air duct (1) to the exhaustion camera(2). There is sedimentation of coarse fractions of dust and sawdust, further air passes through filtering sleeves (3) and already cleared, by means of air duct (4), gets back to workshop. In process of accumulation of particles on surface of filtering sleeves the pulverulent cover is formed, filter resistance increases that worsens work of aspiration system. The purge of filtering sleeves through blow off pipes is made for maintenance of the mode of filtering (6). Dust and sawdust by means of system of unloading (5) are utilized. It, respectively, increases convenience of service of system.

Such hose the filter lacquer paints, cement, ceramics, plastic, etc. are intended for purification of the contaminated air of dry shaving, sawdust, chipboard, MDF, sander dust of wood.

Filtering sleeves from nonwoven polyester with antistatic properties are used.
