Principle of work

Filtration
In the pressure head mode initial water comes to the filter case through an entrance collector and passes through a grid of the preliminary cleaning intended for protection of the filtering grid against large particles. The filtration mode - "from within-outside". Further water arrives on the filtering grid and comes out through an output collector.

Washing
At a filtration on an internal surface of the filtering grid pollution collect, at the same time pressure difference between an internal and external surface of a grid increases. At achievement of pressure difference of 0,3 bar the filter passes into the washing mode - the drainage valve opens, process of a filtration does not stop. When opening the drainage valve initial water comes through washing nozzles to the central washing collector, gathers in the camera of dirty water and is dumped via the drainage valve. At the same time automatic drive provides rotary progress of a collector that provides collecting pollution from all internal surface of the filtering grid - for a cycle of washing its full cleaning is carried out. In the course of washing pressure difference decreases that gives a signal on closing of the valve and shutdown of the drive. Also washing can be started on the timer.
