The syringe vacuum is intended for pumping out of mincemeat and filling of casings when performing technology operation of production of cooked and half-smoked sausages, sausages, sausages.
Mincemeat is loaded into the reception bunker by means of the elevator of the tipper or manually, on the control panel the network and vacuum then forcemeat is vacuumized and condensed joins. By means of the foot lever the operator turns on the drive for filling of the giving pipe and flab. On teat the cover puts on, and its filling is made. The syringe can be connected to klipsator.
The vacuumized forcemeat comes to internal cavity of pipe of working node where it is taken the rotating screw and is served through teat in casing.
Pumping out allows to condense structure of forcemeat, to delete from it air and moisture that increases quality of the let-out product.
