Class of heat stability of windings - F, windings are painted in brown color. At observance of certain conditions TSGL transformers can quickly work at an overload without reduction of service life. The overload is limited only to an overheat of windings. The maximum excess temperature in 100ºС for a class of isolation of F is reached, only if surrounding temperature makes 40ºС and the transformer works a long time at a rated load. If surrounding temperature is lower 40ºС and (or the previous loading less than 100% of nominal), temperatures of windings will be below an admissible maximum. This temperature difference can be used for a short-term overload.
Regulation of tension to ±5% is carried out by steps of 2,5% on completely switched-off transformer (PBV) by shift of crossing points.
For protection against an overheat by request of the consumer transformers are completed with the device of the thermal protection operated by the thermistors which are built in NN windings. By request of the consumer the vibroextinguishing linings can be delivered.
