Before using the thermal casing, you should carefully read this passport. Compliance with the rules of installation and operation guarantees the trouble - free operation of the thermal casing during the service life.
4.1 Check the completeness and the absence of mechanical damage to the thermal casing.
4.2 Remove the visor, loosen the hinge fixing screw, unscrew the base fixing screws.
4.3 Remove the base, the board with holders from the case.
4.4 Insert cable RK75 - 3 - 32 + 2NVM * 0.5 or similar into the cable gland, from the outside of the cover.
4.5 Remove the insulation from the cable at a distance of 45 - 50 mm from the end, untwist the shielding braid and twist it into a separate core, remove the insulation from the central RK75 core and HBM wires at a distance of 5 - 7 mm from the end.
4.6 Install the cable in the hole of the cable gland so that the plane of the gland clamping coincides with the edge of the outer cable insulation.
4.7 Tighten the screws securing the cable gland one by one until the cable is completely fixed in the hole.
Attention! Tighten the screws carefully, not skewing the clamp.
4.8 Connect the external wires to the terminals of the blocks on the board of the thermal housing according to Figure 2.
4.9 Cut the terminals of the modular TV camera at a distance of 40 - 50 mm from the board, remove the insulation at a distance of 5 - 7 mm from the edge of the terminals.
4.10 Connect the leads of the TV camera to the terminals of the blocks on the board of the thermal housing according to Figure 2.
Note. During installation, it is necessary to strictly observe the correct connection of the wires to the terminals of the blocks on the board of the thermal housing. Connection to either of the two terminal blocks is allowed.
Attention! Before connecting, it is necessary to familiarize yourself with the description of the TV camera to avoid incorrect connection.
4.11 Install the TV camera and the board into the holders so that all the leads are inside the space bordered by the holders, and the rear end of the thermal casing board coincides with the ends of the holders according to Figure 3.

4.12 Insert the holders with the board and the TV camera into the base until they stop.
4.13 Check that the leads of the elements of the thermohousing board and the TV camera are not touching (if necessary, carry out a test switch - on (in this case, the heating of the ceramic resistor indicates the operation of the thermohousing board).
4.14 Insert the base with holders, a board and a TV camera into the case (before that, make sure that the gasket is in the grooves and does not cover the screw holes) according to Figure 3.
4.15 Tighten the screws for fastening the base until the surfaces of the body and the base are completely closed in the places where the screws are installed.
4.16 Fix the bracket with screws or screws to the surface.
4.17 To fix the camera in the desired direction, tighten the screw in the hinge.
4.18 Install the visor according to Figure 3.
5.1 The thermal casing is not subject to repair and maintenance during the entire service life.
