Description

The torch of Superjet S Eutalloy is intended for a naplavka samoflyusuyushchikhsya powder materials on the basis of NiCrBSi, NiBSi or CoBSi on the Eutalloy technology developed and patented by the Castolin+Eutectic company for the purpose of receiving wearproof coverings for protection against a different type of iznos.

The Eutalloy technology consists in the following:

Powder material napylyatsya on a detail and is at the same time melted. As the equipment the torch of Superjet Eutalloy S is used. Thanks to a unique design of a torch perhaps exact, purposeful drawing coverings, for example, on sides and edges. Coverings from 0,1 mm thick have no time. Thickness of a covering can make several millimeters. The raised dust layers are melted at working temperatures from 860 to 1280 °C (depending on alloy brand). The pine forest and silicon alloying elements have the deoxidating effect on an alloy and provide the qualitative built-up layer (without time), and strong diffusive connection with basis metal. Coverings have no time, have the uniform hardness, repeatability of quality of the built-up layer on all surface of a naplavka, coupling durability at a gap is comparable with connections of the firm soldering, corrosion-resistant coverings of gas — and are waterproof.

Technical advantages are as follows:
• The torch has a cock of fast cutoff of gases which allows to keep the established ratio of gases at breaks in work.
• The set included nozzles of various diameters by means of which the range of thermal power and productivity changes. Each of nozzles has own injector and a mixing chamber that provides the correct dosage of a powder alloy at various installations of a flame. It provides an optimum consumption of powder when changing a nozzle. In practice it means economy of powders not less than for 10 — 15%.

• Nozzles quickly change manually without tool and can be developed in any party.
• The design of a torch simplifies its maintenance and repair. The torch is perfectly balanced on weight, has necessary protection against thermal influence.
• The channel of supply of powder is in addition strengthened for protection against wear that increases torch service life, efficiency and reliability.
• The design of a torch has several degrees of protection against the return blows of a flame that is confirmed with the certificate of TUV.

Principle of work of a torch.

The torch of Superjet S Eutalloy works at acetylene and oxygen. From the container powder is sucked in by oxygen in an injector, and by means of gas mix is transported on a torch. Powder particles during passing through a flame of a torch heat up to a so-called "testovidny" state, gaining at the same time a certain kinetic energy. After a dusting on the main metal, a layer of powder is exposed to remelting by a torch flame. At the same time the main metal does not melt and, therefore, with the built-up metal does not mix up.
