These specifications extend to the gingerbreads, gingerbreads and dry biscuits developed from flour of the highest, 1st, 2nd grade, mix wheat and patent rye flour and the added raw materials according to compoundings (further products).

The finished goods are sold at the room temperature.

Products are completely ready-to-serve.

Products are intended for implementation in retail and wholesale distribution network and in catering establishments.

Depending on ways of preparation gingerbread products are subdivided on raw and scalded (Appendix B).

Products differ with compoundings, form and are issued in the following assortment:

Products have to be stored in the dry, pure well aired warehouses which are not infected with wreckers of grain stocks at temperature of 18+5 ° C and relative humidity of air no more than 75%.

Periods of storage of products under the specified storage conditions and transportations from the date of production are determined, in days, no more:

Expiration date raw not glazed (except mint) gingerbreads and gingerbreads - 20 days;

Expiration date of raw and scalded gingerbreads of type mint in summertime - 10 days;

Expiration date of raw and scalded gingerbreads of type mint in winter time - 15 days;

Expiration date of the raw glazed gingerbreads and gingerbreads - 20 days;

Expiration date of scalded gingerbreads in summertime - 20 days;

Expiration date of scalded gingerbreads in winter time - 30 days;

Expiration date of scalded gingerbreads - 20 days;

Expiration date of the gingerbreads containing more than 11% of fat - 15 days;

Expiration date of dry biscuits - 15 days.

The manufacturer has the right to establish other expiration dates at confirmation according to requirements of TORMENTS 4.2.1847-04 "Sanitary and epidemiologic assessment of justification of expiration dates and storage conditions of foodstuff" according to item 3.10 with obtaining the conclusion in accordance with the established procedure.
