The vibrotables released by plant find the widest range of application: consolidation of concrete mixes at production of facing and paving slabs, decorative elements and forms, blocks and plates, or other products upon the demand of the customer, with a permissible load on a vibrotable from 30 to 300 kg, and also for consolidation of loose production on sites of packing, test of production for destruction.

The vibrotable consists of the mobile working part mounted on the sprung support. On mobile working part two vibrators, (or one vibrator with the directed fluctuations), the creating vertically directed fluctuations transferred to the form and the vibrated weight established horizontally on mobile working part are installed. Due to fluctuations (vibration) there is a consolidation of the material which is on a vibrotable.

As in different branches of production consumers assign different tasks to vibrotables, at our plant service of production of vibrotables of poses the order taking into account concrete requirements of each customer - the sizes, loading, amplitude of fluctuations and so forth parameters is very widespread.

The maximum sizes of the tables released by plant are limited on length - 3000 mm and width - 1100 mm.

For achievement of the most quality concrete products connection of vibrotables through the case of control of electric motors (CCEM) is recommended.
