Description

Power cables with PVC insulation and sheath, including flame retardant ones. Cables are manufactured according to TU 16.K73.111 - 2013, meet the requirements of GOST R 55025 - 2012 and IEC 60502 Part 2.


The cables are designed for transmission and distribution of electricity in stationary installations for a rated alternating voltage of 6 kV and a frequency of 50 Hz.

Brand design

1. Conductive conductor - copper, single - wire or multi - wire, round or sectorial, class 1 or 2 in accordance with GOST 22483.


2. Insulation - PVC compound. The insulated conductors of the three - core cables have a distinctive color scheme.
3. Stranding - insulated conductors of three - core cables are stranded.
4. Belt insulation - low flammability PVC compound.
5. Electrically conductive screen - applied by wrapping from a tape of electrically conductive cable paper.
6. Screen - made of copper tapes, copper foil or copper wires.
7. Sheath - low flammability PVC compound.

 

Specifications

Type of climatic version of UHL cables, placement categories 1 and 5 in accordance with GOST 15150.


Operating temperature range from - 50 ° С to 50 ° С.
Relative air humidity at temperatures up to 35 ° C - up to 98% .
Laying and installation of cables without preheating is carried out at a temperature not lower than - 15 ° С.
Minimum bending radius of cables during laying: for single - core cables - 15 outer diameters; for three - core cables - 12 outer diameters.
Cables are flame retardant when laid in a group according to category A.
The long - term permissible heating temperature of cable conductors during operation is no more than 70 ° C.
The maximum permissible core heating temperature at short - circuit currents is no more than 160 ° C.
The duration of the short circuit should not exceed - 4 s.
Permissible heating of cable conductors in overload mode - no more than 80 ° С.
The operating time of cables in overload mode should not be more than 8 hours a day, but not more than 1000 hours during their service life. Construction length of cables for cross - sections of main conductors: 6 - 95 mm2 - 300 m; 120 mm2 and above - 200 m.
Service life - 30 years.
The warranty period of operation is 5 years from the date of putting the cables into operation, but no later than 6 months from the date of manufacture.
Shelf life: in open areas - no more than 2 years; under a canopy - no more than 5 years; indoors - no more than 10 years.
