PNSV-progrevochnye wires

Curing of concrete at low air temperatures is significantly slowed down, and at its values below 5 °C concrete need to be warmed up. Now in the absence of reliable and inexpensive chemical additives - concrete curing accelerators the technology of winter concreting generally is based on application of methods of warming up of concrete with its subsequent keeping before achievement of standard critical and raspalubochny durability. Such technology is, in effect, resource-saving as at the price of additional energy consumption an opportunity is reached:



to reduce construction terms;


it is effective to use a manpower and the equipment, in particular, a timbering;


to apply cheaper bezdobavochny concrete mixes;


to exclude freezing of concrete at early age and to guarantee the required high quality built designs.



WIRE HEATING PNSV (PRSP)

Warming up of concrete is carried out by the special heating wire stacked in a design before its concreting. The heating wire of PNSV (A wire heating with a steel vein, with isolation from polyvinylchloride plastic compound or polyethylene) is intended for heating of monolithic concrete and reinforced concrete, and also for floor heaters at a voltage up to 380 V of alternating current with a nominal frequency of 50 Hz or direct current to 1000 V.
