APPOINTMENT AND DESCRIPTION
The FP Energy V/G model is the desktop semi-automatic car for the zapayka of trays. The FOODPACK Energy V/G car is created taking into account features of conditions aggressive the worker of the environment. The body of the car is made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
The working area is made of stainless steel and the anodized aluminum.
Class of protection of the car: IP 44
Change of the format by car for work with the different sizes of trays takes about 5 minutes.
As the option, the car can be modified for the zapayka of buckets.
The PROGAS version, means special system of channels for creation vacuum/gas, allows to reach very low level of residual oxygen when using the standard vacuum pump. Thus, using the standard vacuum pump it becomes possible to increase car performance.
Loading node: This node has two guides where the container is placed. The operator places the filled container in the holder for the container in manual and pushes it inside, in the zone of the zapayka. As soon as the container is placed in the correct provision for the zapayka (the position is controlled by the microswitch) the operator start presses 2 buttons and the car automatically begins working cycle.
After the zapayka, the operator shall pull on himself the holder with the container from the loading node and get the soldered container, place other container and begin new working cycle.
As the option, ILPRA offers the table basis for the car from stainless steel in which it is also possible to place the vacuum pump.
Unwinding/reeling of the film: This node is responsible for automatic unwinding in the certain position the film for the zapayka with rolya in the zone of the zapayka and reeling of the remaining balance of the film after the zapayka. This system is equipped with the mechanical drive.
This node as option, can be equipped with "printed top web system" the system allowing to work with the film with the caused design, allows to put the film in the right place. That is the car is equipped with the sensors which are reading out optical tags for positioning on the film.
Also as the option it is possible to equip with system for drawing date of the release/expiration date
Zapayka / cutting: Consists of the lower and upper parts of the vacuum chamber.
The lower vacuum chamber contains the holder for the tray where the container for the zapayka while the upper part contains the zapayachny plate and edges for cutting of the film at the edges of the container is located. Both parts (upper and lower) are made individually according to container parameters. When 2 cameras are hermetically closed, the container is soldered and the film is cut off at the edges of the container in the same time in the container the modified atmosphere is created. The structure and design of the node of the zapayka and cutting allows to change easily and quickly the compression mold (when using the container of other size)
The electronic sensor controls correctness of placement of the compression mold.
Each compression mold heats up individually on the signal from the panel of control and work of all node is controlled, proceeding from set electronically time for transaction.
Working parameters are set on the control panel of the car.
Creation vacuum / gas environment: This node is equipped with the vacuum pump 21 m3 BUSH, the vacuum pump and the gas valve are connected directly to the compression mold. Thanks to the Progas system the car can reach very low level of residual oxygen and by that to increase performance.
Parameters vacuum/gas are set via the control panel and controlled via the electronic converter. In cases if for any reasons the set parameters are not reached, then the car stops.
Control panel: The vehicle is operated the electronic individual card connected to the control panel. All working parameters of the car are controlled via the control panel.
